WARRANTY POLICY

Alchemy Toners, Inc. warrants each product to be free if defect in both material and workmanship. We warrant our products to perform in an equivalent manner to Original Equipment Manufacturer product under the following conditions:

1. The laser printer/copier must be properly maintained according to the manufacture's recommendation.

2. Environmental conditions must be within the manufacturer's specifications.

3. Use of the laser printer/copier must not exceed the manufacturer recommended volume.

Alchemy Toners, Inc. assumes no responsibility for poor print quality caused by machine operating conditions not related to our product or its included parts.

Alchemy Toners, Inc. assumes no responsibility  for print defects caused by improper handling of our products or its parts.

Our liability herein shall be limited to replacement provided above. The warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied.
